This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

• Stitching and seam integrity

• Structural failure of straps or handles due to workmanship

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Venardo  will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product, or

• Replace the product with an identical or equivalent item (subject to availability), or

• Offer store credit in cases where repair or replacement is not feasible
